Terms & Conditions

A. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the cleaning services provided by Alfa group for trading (ART) s.r.o. (Trade name: Eco-Nest). By booking a service, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.

B. Booking & Cancellations

  • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation from us.

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

C. Access to Property

  • The client must ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time (via key hand-over, presence at home, or security codes).

  • If our team cannot enter the property within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be treated as a late cancellation.

D. Payments & Quality Guarantee

  • Payments: Due upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, or Card.

  • Quality Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate and, if necessary, re-clean the area free of charge.

  • Liability: Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

E. Cleaning Exclusions & Equipment

  • Hazardous Materials: We do not clean hazardous materials (e.g., mould, biohazards) or perform heavy lifting of furniture.

  • Products: As an eco-friendly service, we use our own specialized green cleaning agents. If a client insists on using their own chemical cleaners, we are not responsible for any resulting damage to surfaces.
